IT DESERVES 5 stars

It is really very easy to use and get a nice looking report to present. Now it is possible to get NIC and other books which is great for estimators.
If the developer adds a feature that capability of importing private cost lists or books then i can say " there is no other app like this".

Please add the feature to import privite cost lists.
