I would have to say really cool app some small glitch but I can work around them I did estimate tonight it was very user friendly by that I mean you dont have to take a course to learn how to use it like the 800 dollar estimating program I bought for my pc that I disliked so much I wanted to through my computer away lol this does pretty much same stuff for 29.99 they sell three books inside this app they dont tell you about ontell you buy it for 49.99 what they do for you is give you pricing for labour and material if you put in your zip code or postal code it will give pricing for your area this means you dont even need a brain to do a estimate lol I checked a few things out based on what I no and they are pretty much right on I have only had this app for a short time still have a lot to mess with but so far I really like this app for what it does and I would pay 29.99 for it again thanks for the great app
This is the first estimating program or app Ive ever used that was so straight forward and simple to use right out of the box.
I feel like Ive leapt from the stone age to having all my estimating problems solved with the tap of a button.
Looking forward to downloading the version for MacBook pro.

I love this app it is the best, user friendly, accurate with lost of nice features. I use it every day an any question I have Joel is happy to answer them for me. When I email Joel you just know he is very intelligent an put his whole heart an knowledge into his apps and anyone who has a business or just opening a small company this app is the one for sure, you wont be disappointed. Just to see all costs, material lists etc and save jobs is great, an to,see everything right in front of you saves you from making costly unforeseen mistakes time an money. The best app I have purchased for sure .

I got this app hoping I could do estimates with it on the go and with less effort than a simple spreadsheet. Was a bit hesitant to setup my cost book but the concern was unwarranted. Simply doing a project estimate allows you to copy the items to your cost book as you create them in the project. This makes gradual cost book easy and painless.
It meets and exceeds my expectations. Easy to setup and easy to use. More than enough customizations for my purposes. Great looking estimates with as little or as much detail as you want to give to your clients.
Saved enough time on my first estimate with this app to cover the cost of the app. I would recommend it without hesitation.
Ive been using it now for over six months without any glitches or issues. i also got the National Home Improvement Cost Book in app purchase and it is well worth the price. Awesome productivity tool.

This is a report formatting tool that makes nice looking estimates for clients. I was looking for actual cost data, so when this app offered a 30-day free trial of one of the Craftsman cost books, I said okay. That downloaded another app...which immediately wanted me to select a level of payment.
I gave up on the whole thing at that point. Twenty bucks wasted.
This is not what it appears. It is ONLY an organizer. You still have to purchase all the online books for it to work. Without the books it is just a template you have to fill in yourself. In other words, you are paying $20 bucks for an excel sheet. DO NOT BUY
Also would need to buy contractor tools and pay a monthly service and then even for to use multiple devices and users
You spend $20.00 for nothing . All the pricing manuals cost $50.00 each . Dont waste your time with this app I wish I could get the $20.00 back.
If you want a professional looking estimate/invoice then this is the one. Well worth the $. The only flaw I find is no sync ability with desktop or other hardware (droid).
