I had some other expensive programs before. But this one is the best. Easy to use. Im a general contractor in San Francisco and is super easy to handle when you have difficult clients.

I was reluctant to download this app at first, but I am so glad I did. I own a mid size construction company and have used Quickbooks and Craftsman Cost Books for years. I just recently purchased an iPad Air and was searching for a good app that I could use on the road I would do all my cost estimating in my office which prevented me from job site visits and other useful activities. This app gave me the ability to now do a lot of my "paper work" on the road. This is much better that I would have ever imagined. If you own a small to mid-sized construction business this is a must.

I have been using PC estimators for years. This one has potential and isnt bad. It just takes a lot of time especially on larger projects. To make this app more usefulI I bought the 2015 remodeling costbook for $45. (In-app purchase).What I find makes this app a bit cumbersome and time consuming is that you cant select a group of cost book items at the same time then migrate them to your estimate together.instead, it is one at a time / back and forth to the cost book then Back to your estimate which is slow. When the developers fix this which should be simple, then I will give 5 stars

This app is a must have for contractors. The support is the best.

The program App. Is good and understandable to work in new projects. It needs more improvement to be able to connect in between devices to view and edit it. I cant do it, it takes time to do one at the time

This a a great app for the remodeling contractor. I used Home Depot Eagleview estimator before they took the website down. This is a good replacement for the busy contractor on the go.

From the 1000s of different project/cost categories, to the ease of accessibility to almost instant tech support from Mr. Joel, this is by far the best tool for a contractor, in todays construction industry.

I was a bit skeptical when I first looked at this app knowing every other app Ive tried comes with a monthly fee to use it I wasnt sure if this one would be the same, I gave it a try played with it a little bit in a matter of minutes after downloading it I realized this was the app that I was looking for, now I can go out and bid on jobs before I even leave my prospecting clients house. I tell them the estimate is in their inbox and I get more happy clients for getting an estimate on the spot. Before I used to have to wait until I got home and write up an estimate by the time I got home I was tired not wanting to do the estimate then it would take me 2-5 days before I would even get my prospects an estimate. This app has saved me plenty of time and has made me lots of money by simply walking through with my new prospects and giving them the estimate before I even leave their driveway!!! Amazing app this is a must have!!!

This app is the starting point for all my estimates and I use it almost daily. Im really looking forward to the new version

Great app. However you do have to buy 3 books to use this app at about $54 a piece. But you can make it back within a job or two. The reason for the 4 stars is due to not having a place to make and create invoices to import them to in this app. If it had that it would be 5+ stars all day long, no questions asked. Would be nice if you could see the content of each book before you buy rather then crossing fingers and hoping you got the one for your particular job.

This app has been the best investment in our construction business. It creates neat, professional and great looking estimates. All this can be done in minutes.... Great job creating this.

This is a time saver for someone who uses an iPad/iPhone for 90% of my business. It will be great when you can access the same info from multiple devices. I am a general contractor that does everything from new construction to remodels and this app has worked great for me so far. I cant wait to see what they do next!

Ive been playing with this app for 3 to 4 hours and still ont have a complete proposal ready. Very Non-intuitive. App writers, if I select the icon for a different operation than Im in currently, its a good bet that Im Done. When you nest your operations, let the initial selections show in the heirarchy so I can tell exactly where I am. Clumsy and ready for an update. Also way to expensive to be no slicker than it is.

We own a small construction business and this app was very easy to learn and use. The cost (19.99) seems a little high but still very helpful. Im not a fan of the cost books as they dont seem very user friendly or reliable for prices and theyre a little cumbersome to find what you need. Customer service is very good and quick to respond and answer questions. Definitely recommend this app.

This product works great. I have been using it for some time and so far it has proven worth the money.

I rehab houses and this app lets me whip through accurate repair estimates on site. The time it saves alone pays for itself after one job. This developer makes fantastic apps that have saved (and made) me thousands of dollars.

This app is great does beautiful estimates and the pre set costs are really close. I have been using it for 6 months and have great feed back from customers on the layout and final estimate looks.

Great App but unable to sync estimates between iPad and iPhone. Asked developer year ago but still waiting. With iCloud and google drive and so on dont know why that important function still isnt available.

I really like this app! As a General Contractor I need an easy way to produce clear, accurate and professional looking estimates and this app hits the nail on the head. The search features make it easy to locate categories in the cost books. The layout is clear and easy for customers to understand. My only small gripe is I would like an easier way to change verbiage in the descriptions and on the forms. I like to adjust the descriptions to fit how I bill and I want to add a notice about permits etc... All in all great product. I strongly recommend it to any Contractor who want to up their estimate game.
